Minnesota Summers (updated version)

Because our winters are often so long and cold, I can hardly wait until spring and summer roll around. There's something so therapeutic about walking through greenhouses and working in the yard planting flowers and herbs. The summers here in Minnesota are green and gorgeous. With all the lakes and trees, it's a little piece of heaven. To take advantage of the warm weather we love to...

enjoy all the beautiful flowers and trees...

garden and work in the yard...

see all the baby goslings and ducklings by our house...

enjoy the beautiful scenery and the spontaneous down pours and rain showers...

eat outside on restaurant patios...

eat amazing cheese curds year round

walk around the lakes, especially Lakes Calhoun and Harriet...

go for walks and take ridiculous pictures...

see flooded roads...
watch the sailboats...

go golfing...

hit terrible drives...

see deer while golfing...

fly Jacob's drone...

enjoy visits from friends and family...

practice yoga in the arboretum..

have beach bbqs and picnics...

listen to live music....

go to the Minnesota State Fair...

eat deep fried things...

eat more deep fried things...

look at butter sculptures of heads...

and enjoy sunny beach days!!!
